CANCELLATION POLICY
Must have 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations. Same day cancellations will be charged 30% of service booked. (When you cancel last minute I do not have enough time to fill your spot therefore my time is wasted and I am missing out on money) No shows will be charged 30% of service booked. If for any reason the payment does not go through, or you no show twice you will be banned from booking with me. There is a 10 minute grace period. Past 10 minutes of the appointment time will be cancelled and charged as no show. Clients have only 48 hours after receiving service to let me know if any complementary changes need to be made.
